SHIPPING & RETURNS

HOLIDAY NOTICE

We recommend shopping early this holiday season. We are working hard to ensure our orders ship on time, but please note that our carriers (USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, Aramex) are experiencing high demand which could result in delays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date, with the exception of pre-orders.  Purchases made after 12 PM EST may not be shipped out until the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from one of our warehouses located in London, the Netherlands and Dubai.

*Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Russia may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. Please note that any VAT, import taxes, or other fees are incurred from your customs office/government and NOT Valuchi Watches. Customs processing varies in each country so if you have any questions please reach out to your local customs office. If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please shoot an email over to [email protected] and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Valuchi Watches is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.


RETURNS

We facilitate returns on all orders!

Any brand new product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We provide convenient return options for both domestic and international orders placed on valuchiwatches.com.

You can return any product purchased from our online store within 30 days of delivery.

Please ensure that watches are in unused condition and within the stickers they came in for a refund to be granted. Refunds will not be accepted if the product shows the slightest sign of use. We suggest capturing a photo of your return packaging for future reference.

Refused Orders:

In the event that an order is refused by the end-customer, please note that shipping and return fees will not be covered by Valuchi. Refusal may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to non-acceptance of the delivery, refusal of customs payment, or any other circumstances leading to the rejection of the shipment.

It is essential for customers to carefully review their orders and be available to receive deliveries to avoid additional fees and complications. If an order is refused, any associated shipping and return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Taxes on Returns:

In the event of a return, please be aware that any additional customs taxes, duties, or fees incurred during the return shipping process will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by the customs authorities and are beyond our control.

If customs taxes are levied upon the return of the item, we regret to inform you that we won’t be able to cover these costs. Instead, any such charges imposed by customs will be deducted from the refund amount processed for your returned item.

We recommend contacting your local customs office or authorities to obtain information about potential taxes or duties before initiating a return to ensure a smooth process.
