Purchases made during our Black Friday and Holiday Campaigns can be returned until January 17, 2025. Please note that for orders placed on or after December 17, 2025, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

If you wish to return a gift set, all items in the set must be returned together.
Please be aware that “Complimentary” items (or any free products received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible for exchange and must be returned with the rest of your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping received during a campaign does not need to be returned.
Campaign offers are based on the original purchase. If a return results in you no longer qualifying for the offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.
