Refund Policy

At Valuchi, we offer easy returns on all our products. You have the right to return any products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving your order.

Extended Returns: Products bought during our Black Friday and Holiday Campaign can be returned until January 17, 2025. Please note that the return policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for orders placed on or after December 17, 2024.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels and protective stickers intact, maintaining the same new condition as when you received your watch.

All products purchased from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a full refund; they cannot be returned to local retail stores.

Please be aware that you may incur shipping costs when returning items to us. Valuchi does not take responsibility for items lost during return shipping.

Additionally, "Complimentary" items (or any free products received as part of a promotional offer) must be returned along with any other items if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included during a promotional campaign does not need to be returned.

The campaign offer is based on your original purchase. If you return items and no longer meet the criteria for the promotional offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.
