Warranties Jewellery
The following limited warranty (“Valuchi Warranty”) applies to original Valuchi jewellery, including bracelets, earrings, rings, and necklaces, purchased in their original labeled packaging and sold or presented for warranty service in any country (the “Valuchi Jewellery”).

WHAT THE VALUCHI WARRANTY COVERS AND THE WARRANTY PERIOD
Valuchi guarantees that the Valuchi Jewellery is free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The Valuchi Warranty is only applicable to jewellery purchased from the official Valuchi website, from a Valuchi store, or an authorized reseller.Please note that the rights conferred by the Valuchi Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by consumer laws and regulations in your applicable jurisdiction. Thus, the Valuchi Warranty and its benefits are supplementary to, and not in lieu of, the rights provided by applicable consumer law.
LIMITATIONS TO THE VALUCHI WARRANTY (WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER)
The Valuchi Warranty for Valuchi Jewellery does not cover: -
- Defects and damages resulting from loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, scratches, crushing, etc.), or accidents
- Failure or damage resulting from unjustified repairs or modifications
- Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., minor scratches, peeling of plating, etc.)

WHAT WE WILL DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM UNDER THE VALUCHI WARRANTY
If you submit a claim under this Valuchi Warranty during the Warranty Period, Valuchi will, at its discretion: (a) repair the Valuchi Jewellery; or
(b) replace the Valuchi Jewellery with the same model (or with your consent, a product that is similar).You will not be charged for repair or replacement under this Valuchi Warranty if your claim falls within its scope. Furthermore, Valuchi will cover the costs of return shipping and handling for warranty claims. If the Valuchi Warranty is not applicable, void, or rejected, Valuchi will notify you accordingly, and you may decide whether to proceed with the repair or replacement, or if you prefer to have your jewellery returned. If you choose to proceed, you will be responsible for part or all of the costs associated with any repair or replacement, including return shipping and handling.

HOW TO OBTAIN REPAIR SERVICE
To obtain repair or replacement of your Valuchi Jewellery under this Valuchi Warranty, please contact your local Valuchi customer support at the following address: Contact Us, or visit one of our authorized Valuchi stores or retailers. They will provide information regarding our warranty service under this Valuchi Warranty. Additionally, to obtain repair or replacement under this Valuchi Warranty, the returned Valuchi Jewellery must be accompanied by proof of purchase (i.e., receipt or the original Valuchi warranty card/certificate included with the jewellery in the original packaging at the time of purchase, duly completed, dated, stamped, and signed by an authorized Valuchi store or retailer). When sending your Valuchi Jewellery for repair or replacement, please ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid damage during shipping. -
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as provided in this Valuchi Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Valuchi is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue, actual or anticipated profits (including profits on contracts), business loss, opportunity loss, or loss of goodwill. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Valuchi's maximum liability for breaching any written or implied warranty with respect to the Valuchi Jewellery shall not exceed the retail purchase value of the jewellery.
