VALUCHI INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

The following limited warranty (“Valuchi Warranty”) applies to original Valuchi watches purchased in their original labeled packaging and sold or presented for warranty service in any country (the “Valuchi Watch”).

1. WHAT THE VALUCHI WARRANTY COVERS AND THE WARRANTY PERIOD
   Under this Valuchi Warranty, we guarantee our Valuchi Watches against defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty is only applicable to watches purchased from the official Valuchi website, from a Valuchi store, or an authorized reseller. We will provide repair or replacement of your Valuchi Watch or parts free of charge according to the Valuchi Warranty terms. Please note that the rights conferred by this warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by consumer laws and regulations in your applicable jurisdiction. Thus, the Valuchi Warranty and its benefits are supplementary to, and not in lieu of, the rights provided by applicable consumer law.

   LIMITATIONS TO THE VALUCHI WARRANTY (WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER)
   The Valuchi Warranty does not cover: (a) non-Valuchi Watches, (b) batteries, straps, link bracelets, or glass, (c) routine maintenance and cleaning, (d) any damage if there is evidence that the damage was caused by an accident, improper use, or mishandling of any part of the watch, handling inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines provided with your Valuchi Watch, lack of care, improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect in the manufacturing or materials of the Valuchi Watch, (e) water damage resulting from use contrary to the Valuchi Watch’s ATM (Atmospheres) rating, (f) damage from repair, service, or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Valuchi retailer or service provider.

2. WHAT WE WILL DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM UNDER THE VALUCHI WARRANTY
   If you submit a claim that falls under this Valuchi Warranty during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion: (a) repair the Valuchi Watch using new and/or previously used parts that perform and are reliable as new; or (b) replace the Valuchi Watch with the same model (or, with your consent, a product of similar functionality) made from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. For warranty claims submitted in a country other than where the Valuchi Watch was purchased, we may repair or replace the Valuchi Watch and/or parts with comparable Valuchi products and/or parts that comply with local standards. You will not be charged for repair or replacement under this Valuchi Warranty if your claim is valid. Furthermore, we will cover the costs of return shipping and handling for warranty claims. If the Valuchi Warranty is not applicable, void, or rejected, we will notify you accordingly, and you can decide whether to proceed with the repair or replacement or if you wish to have your watch returned. If you choose to proceed, you will be responsible for part or all of the costs associated with any repair or replacement, including return shipping and handling.

3. HOW TO OBTAIN REPAIR SERVICE
   To obtain repair or replacement of your Valuchi Watch under this warranty, please contact your local Valuchi customer support through the following address: www.valuchiwatches.com/contact-us/, or visit one of our authorized Valuchi stores or retailers. They will provide information regarding our warranty service. Additionally, to obtain repair or replacement under this warranty, the returned Valuchi Watch must be accompanied by proof of purchase (i.e., receipt or the original Valuchi warranty card/certificate included with the watch at the time of purchase, duly completed, dated, stamped, and signed by an authorized Valuchi store or retailer). When sending your Valuchi Watch for repair or replacement, please ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   Except as provided in this Valuchi Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Valuchi is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue, actual or anticipated profits (including profits on contracts), business loss, opportunity loss, or loss of goodwill. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Valuchi's maximum liability for breaching any written or implied warranty with respect to the Valuchi Watch shall not exceed the retail purchase value of the watch.
